Strategy needs more than good intentions. It needs leadership, communication and collaboration that become effective in day-to-day work.

Organisations rarely come under pressure because of one single issue. More often, several factors interact: a strategy has been defined, but does not translate into everyday practice. Leaders want to provide direction, but do not act in alignment. Teams are committed, but not always moving in the same direction. Expectations remain unspoken, decisions become slow, ownership is unclear, or change loses momentum after the initial push.

In situations like these, I support organisations in taking a closer look, understanding the underlying dynamics and developing effective next steps.

Depending on the situation, I support you in developing leadership principles, culture and change processes, leadership development formats, team and departmental development, or in designing and introducing suitable HR instruments — such as potential assessments, development programmes, feedback formats or performance review processes.

My experience as a lawyer, a leader in Human Resources / Learning & Development and a systemic consultant helps me keep both the business and the human side of organisational change in view. I work analytically and structurally, with a clear understanding that change only becomes effective when it fits the organisation, its people and their day-to-day reality.
